Our Preschool programs offer both guided classes and drop-in sessions to support every child’s first steps into movement. Whether your child is joining a structured class or enjoying open play during drop-ins, each session helps build strength, coordination, confidence, and movement for a life long love of sport.
Our Mini Clouds Drop-In sessions are a playful first introduction to gymnastics for little ones and their caregivers. These relaxed, self-directed sessions offer a safe space to explore, climb, jump, and build confidence through free play. While staff are on site to supervise and set up fun activity stations, parents and caregivers are responsible for guiding children through the session. Welcome to our Parent Participation Preschool Gymnastics Program for our up to four year olds*! This is where the magic happens! As a parent, you will need to join in on the fun too! Not only will you get to spend quality time with your child, but you'll also get a mini workout yourself. Think of it as a two-for-one deal!
Housekeeping:
One helper per child must participate.
Other children not registered in the class, including older siblings are not able to enter the area due to insurance reasons.
A baby that remains in a body carrier strapped to the helper is okay.
*For the best value to you, we recommend sticking to the drop in if your child is under 2 years old

Our Tiny Tornadoes Classes focus on developing fundamental movement and motor skills, while keeping kids enthusiastic and engaged!
Please note, this is a self participation class and all athletes must be able to participate on their own. If you are unsure or it is their first guided sport class, we recommend registering in a Sunny Skies Class (parent participation) first!

Our Frosty Flurries classes focus on building the foundation to enter our Rainbow Gymnastics Curriculum, a progressive, badge-based program where children work through and graduate each colour level as their skills develop. Athletes continue building on the skills they’ve learned to prepare for the next stage, all while enjoying fun, themed preschool lessons.
Please note, this is a self-participation class. All athletes must be able to participate on their own. If you are unsure, we recommend registering in a Sunny Skies (parent participation) class first!

Our Budding Blossoms classes are a transitional program designed to support children as they prepare for Kindergarten and school-aged programs. This is the first level where athletes begin working through a coloured badge in our Rainbow Gymnastics Curriculum, starting with White; the foundation level that introduces skill progression and graduation through future colours.
