Drop-ins

Our adult drop-in classes are designed for athletes ages 18+ and run as a self-guided open gym where participants can explore gymnastics, parkour, acro yoga, tumbling, stunting, or simply come to move and try something new. With full access to the entire facility, athletes are free to train, explore, and build skills at their own pace.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not at all! Living in Squamish, we see athletes from all kinds of sport backgrounds benefit from time in the gym. Open gym is a great way to improve acrobatics, air awareness, calisthenics, flexibility, and skill confidence in a fun and safe environment, even if gymnastics isn’t your main sport.

  • No. This is a self-guided open session, meaning participants choose what they want to work on. A coach is available throughout the session to offer feedback, suggest drills, and provide limited spotting where appropriate, but there is no set lesson plan or group instruction.

  • Nope, you’re welcome to come and go as you please whenever during the scheduled session! We do encourage punching in before class if possible.

  • All participants must have an active membership or punch pass and a completed waiver on file before attending. Registration is recommended since classes are capped at 10 participants and space is limited.

  • Come with one or two skills or goals in mind that you’d like to work on. This helps you use your time well and makes it easier for the coach to offer helpful feedback or drill ideas!

  • We offer flexible pass options including single drop-ins for $15 + GST, a 5-class punch pass for $70 + GST ($14/class), and a 10-class punch pass for $130 + GST ($13/class). Punch passes never expire, so you can use them at your own pace whenever it fits your schedule.
