Welcome to Cloud’s Preschool Classes - where the focus is on building a solid foundation for any sport! Gymnastics is a great base for any physical activity, and we're here to help your child develop the skills they need to succeed.
Our experienced gymnastics coaches will guide your child through a variety of activities, including jumping, rolling, balancing, and climbing on all different equipment. These fundamental skills are essential for any sport and will help your child develop coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility. We believe that play is a critical component of learning and that should be fun, which is why we incorporate games, songs, and exciting challenges into every class. With our biweekly and exclusive Preschool themes, your child will love learning new skills and building their confidence.
We understand that Preschoolers are full of energy and excitement, but still developing their social and emotional skills, so we strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where your child can learn and grow. Our coaches are trained to provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to help your child feel comfortable, confident and successful.
We know that routine and structure is something that makes most Preschooler’s more comfortable, so we've designed our program to be consistent and predictable but equally progressive and unique. Each class will have a similar structure, so your child will know what to expect and feel comfortable trying new things. Every child develops at their own pace, which is why our class lesson plans are adaptable and flexible to meet specific needs. Our coaches will work with your child to help them progress at their own pace, building on their strengths and working on areas that need improvement.

Welcome to our Parent Participation Preschool Gymnastics Program for two to four year olds! This is where the magic happens! As a parent, you will need to join in on the fun too! Not only will you get to spend quality time with your child, but you'll also get a mini workout yourself. Think of it as a two-for-one deal!
Housekeeping:
One helper per child must participate.
Other children not registered in the class, including older siblings are not able to enter the area due to insurance reasons.
A baby that remains in a body carrier strapped to the helper is okay.

Our Three Year Old Gymnastics Classes focus on fun and fundamental movement development! We know that your little one is bursting with energy and enthusiasm, and we're here to help them channel that energy into new skills and movements.
*Please note, this is a self participation class. Your three year old MUST be able to participate on their own and have a basic ability to follow directions. If you are unsure, we recommend registering in a Sunny Skies Class (parent participation) first. We understand there may be some rocky starts in the first few classes, however if there are ongoing issues, instructors will be in contact.

Our Four Year Old Gymnastics Classes focus on building the foundation to enter into our Rainbow Gymnastics Curriculum where children eventually complete all the colours of the rainbow. They will continue to build on skills they have learned to help prepare them, whilst still having fun with the preschool themes.
*Please note, this is a self participation class. Your four year old MUST be able to participate on their own and have a basic ability to follow directions. If you are unsure, we recommend registering in a Sunny Skies Class (parent participation) first. Our Five Year Old Gymnastics Classes are very much a transitional program. We understand children at this age might be starting Kindergarten or even about to go into Grade 1 and therefore we have built lesson plans that can cater for a wider range of abilities.
This class will be the first time children will complete a “Coloured Level” in our Rainbow Gymnastics Curriculum. The colour that children will complete in this class is White, a combination of all the colours of the rainbow, making it the perfect base for them to start their Rainbow Gymnastics Curriculum journey. We have three different levels of White as most children will spend a year in this class due to their age.

Welcome to our Recreational Gymnastics Program! We're thrilled to offer our Rainbow Gymnastics Curriculum to help your child build a strong foundation for success in any high-level sport they choose to pursue.
Our curriculum is designed to guide your child through a series of coloured levels, each one building upon the skills learned in the previous level. As your child progresses through the colours, they'll earn corresponding certificates to celebrate their achievements and track their progress.
Our experienced gymnastics coaches will lead your child through a variety of activities, including on floor, balance beam, vault, and bars. The skills they will learn on each apparatus are essential for any sport and will help your child develop coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility.
But our program is about more than just gymnastics. We believe that physical activity is essential for a child's development, which is why we incorporate games, challenges, and teamwork into every class. Your child will have a blast while also building their confidence, leadership skills, and teamwork abilities.
We understand that every child has their own unique strengths and challenges, which is why our curriculum and corresponding lesson plans are designed to be adaptable and flexible. Our coaches will work with your child to help them progress through the Colours at their own pace, building on their strengths and working on areas that need improvement.

This class is our beginner class for any child aged 6-12years old who has never done Gymnastics before or has had one or two sessions of experience!
In this class, your child will progress through the Pink, Orange and Yellow Colours of the Rainbow Gymnastics Curriculum whilst working on skills that will help them build towards the more difficult colours.
Your child will begin to learn the basic movements including completing forward rolls, cartwheel, handstands, swinging on bars and jumps, turns and kicks on beam.

This class is our intermediate class, for children aged 7-12yrs. If your child has completed a year of gymnastics previously (or a similar program), this is likely the best class for them.
In this class, your child will progress through Green, Blue and Purple Colours to complete the Rainbow Gymnastics Curriculum whilst working on skills that will help them build towards the more difficult colours.
To register in this class, your child should be able to SAFELY and CORRECTLY complete the following (i.e: they have completed them in a ‘professional’ setting with an instructor):
Beam: Jumping on the beam, jumping off the beam, kicks
Floor: Cartwheel, forward and backward roll, bridge kick over and be working towards handstands
Bars: Casts and swings
*Please note: If you register your child in this class and the instructor deems they are not quite at this level, they will be asked to move to the Low Clouds class and complete atleast one previous colour.

This class is our Advanced class, for children aged 9+yrs. If your child has completed over a year of gymnastics previously, this is likely the best class for them. For the most part, this is a by invitation program, if you are unsure whether this is the right class, please have a chat with our instructor, or register in our Middle Clouds program and we can move your child if/when necessary.
In this class, your child will progress through the final colours of the Rainbow Gymnastics Curriculum - Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Colours. It may take several sessions for your child to successfully complete these levels.
To register in this class, in addition to the skills listed in Middle Clouds, your child must be able to SAFELY and CORRECTLY complete the following (i.e: they have completed them in a ‘professional’ setting with an instructor).
Beam: Handstand on beam, connected straight jumps on the beam,
Floor: Backhandspring, full handstand on floor, turns and jump turns
Bars: Climb-on and catch the high bar, Back-hip circle, Toe shoot, Glide Swings
*Please note: If you register your child in this class and the instructor deems they are not quite at this level, they will be asked to move to a different class and complete atleast one previous colour.

Nimbus Adults Self Guided with instruction open session - previous experience required
SCHEDULE:
Tuesdays 7:30pm - 8:30pm*
Wednesdays 11:30am - 1:00pm
Thursdays 11:15am - 2:00pm
Capped at 10 participants.
*For the Tuesday evening class, we are allowing 16-18yr olds to participant as long as they are coming as an activity with their parent/guardian.
PRICE:
Single punch passes are $22+GST
5 punch pass $90+GST ($18/class)
10 punch card pass for $140+ GST ($14/class)
Membership option: $99/month for unlimited use within our scheduled sessions (outlined above). This monthly fee will be pro-rated when our gym is closed during our blackout dates. Cancellation is with 2 weeks notice as per our auto-billing policy.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This is a self-guided adult class with instruction provided. This means that there will be a coach who can assist in giving feedback on skills you have chosen to work on*, we can also help with drill ideas and some spotting*. *within the coaches expertise.
Classes are capped at 10 people so, we encourage you to punch in prior to the class time, but you are welcome to come at any point within the scheduled times. If you have remaining punch passes please apply them to a class at a later date.
ABOUT THE COACH
Olivia was a National Level Gymnast in Australia with 12+ years of coaching experience. She holds a Bachelors in Physiotherapy and certificates in Personal Training. She has been involved in various other sports in her adult life and is currently an avid Crossfitter.
**PLEASE NOTE: We do not guarantee that you will learn/master the skills you have chosen to work on. We will do drills and work towards them to the best of our ability, but as with many things these skills can take a LONG time to master!

Nimbus Adults Flex and Fit (18+ year olds)
SCHEDULE: Tuesdays 12:00-1:00pm 60 minutes
This is a Gymnastics Fitness focussed and structured class. It’s the perfect blend of a full-body workout and basic gymnastics skills, making it accessible to all fitness levels. Whether you’re looking to boost your strength, flexibility, or coordination, this class is structured to give you a challenging and rewarding experience. With a focus on gymnastics-based fitness, you’ll work on developing core stability, upper body strength, and overall mobility, all while learning foundational gymnastics drills. While you won’t necessarily be flipping around the gym straight away (but maybe eventually), you’ll get a taste of the techniques that make gymnastics such a powerful fitness tool.
PRICE:
Single punch passes are $28+GST
We will also offer a 5 class punch pass for $115+GST ($23/class) and a 10 punch card pass for $200+ GST ($20/class)

No previous gymnastics experience is necessary, so whether you're new to the sport or returning after years, this class will help you build a stronger, more flexible, and capable body!
ABOUT THE COACH
Opal is an Aussie with a background in coaching Multi-sport programs and Physical Education in Schools. She also holds a Sports Science and teaching degree and has coached high level Women's Soccer in Canada.
