What to Expect at Cloud Birthday Parties (aside from tons of fun!)

    ✔ 40 mins of instruction + 40 mins of play & games led by expert coaches

    ✔ Free digital or printable party invitation

    ✔ Time for food & cake with table, chairs, and hassle-free clean up provided

  • → Your own cake, food, water, decorations, tablecloths, and cutlery

    → A completed waiver for all participants

  • We offer flexible pricing based on your child’s age and group size, so you can choose the option that works best for your party.

    Ages 0–3 (Parent Participation Required)
    Perfect for our youngest party guests, where parents join in the fun!
    • Up to 10 children — $250 (1 coach)
    • Up to 20 children — $400 (2 coaches)

    Ages 3–5 (Independent Participation)
    Kids participate on their own with guidance from our coaches!
    • Up to 6 children — $230 (1 coach)
    • Up to 12 children — $380 (2 coaches)

    Ages 5+
    Guided gymnastics, games, and fun for all ages!
    • Up to 10 children — $250 (1 coach)
    • Up to 20 children — $400 (2 coaches)

    Billing requires 50% of payment due at least one week before the party, while final payment will be charged after the party.


    *Please note: All prices are subject to GST and a $20 cleaning fee.

  • We currently offer the following time options for birthday parties, with some flexibility depending on availability:

    Saturdays
    • 1:30 PM or 4:00 PM set-up time (your party will begin 15 minutes after set-up)

    Sundays
    • 11:30 AM, 2:00 PM, or 4:30 PM set-up times (your party will begin 15 minutes after set-up)

    If you’re hoping for a slightly different time or have a special request, we’re happy to help where we can! Just email us at admin@cloudgymnastics.ca with your personalized inquiry.

    • More than 7 days' notice: We are happy to refund your deposit, minus a $50 administrative fee.

    • Less than 7 days' notice (Rescheduling): We can happily move your party to a new date, but a $50 administrative fee will be added to your final payment.

    • Less than 7 days' notice (Canceling entirely): If you choose to cancel altogether rather than reschedule, your deposit is non-refundable.
